💼 About This Role

You'll write embedded software for the Neros Archer platform, including flight control and radio link code, as an early employee shaping our direction. You'll debug hardware/firmware issues and support testing to deliver capability to warfighters rapidly. Own and deliver critical firmware for high-performance unmanned systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop embedded firmware for microcontrollers in FPV drones
• Debug hardware/firmware issues and support requirements development
• Create and execute test cases and review test plans
• Support architecture decisions and feasibility studies

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent industry experience
• Strong C development skills for embedded applications
• Experience with embedded communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet)
• Experience in bare-metal or RTOS firmware environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ARM Cortex-M processors (e.g. STM32)
• Experience with FPV drone software (Betaflight, ExpressLRS, PX4, Ardupilot)
