You'll own and maintain microservices in a cross-functional squad at Tide, a fast-growing fintech serving 1.8M SMEs. Core impact: designing, building, and scaling backend systems globally. Why it stands out: full lifecycle ownership and active participation in Communities of Practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, own, and maintain services in your squad's service catalogue
• Work with product team to select technology partners
• Design, implement, and mentor other backend engineers
• Align team vision with target architecture for multi-domain initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Proven Python as primary language in work experience
• Basic understanding of software engineering fundamentals (SOLID, ACID, Testing)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Django, FastAPI, Flask
• Experience integrating with or creating REST APIs

• Experience with event-driven microservices or message queues
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations
• Experience working in Scrum and Agile practices
