ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the first person at OAK'S LAB whose full-time job is content. We have more ideas than we can keep up with and more material than we have time to publish: a leadership team that writes weekly, a deep and growing library of technical articles, client stories with real outcomes behind them. What we're missing is someone to create and ship these stories day to day.
You're a content creator first and a strong social media manager always. Most of your time goes into actually making things: filming and editing short-form video, repurposing our team's expertise into social formats, designing day-to-day graphics, writing short-form copy. But the channels are yours to manage, not just fill. You'll be responsible for the calendar, the community, what gets posted when and why, and what the numbers say about it.
We're looking for proactivity, ideas and genuine enthusiasm for the craft.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Our LinkedIn company page and Instagram end-to-end: content calendar, creation, publishing, and community engagement
Short-form video production: shooting and editing team stories, client outcomes, office life, technical explainers, interviews. You bring the people in our office (including our C-level) into the content
Day-to-day graphics for our social channels: working inside the brand system and templates our designer sets
Repurposing: turning leadership posts, long-form articles, case studies, and reports into social-native formats so good material doesn't get published once and forgotten
Short-form copy: solid captions, carousel copy, video scripts in English
Performance tracking: knowing what's working, adjusting, reporting back
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2 to 3 years in content creation and/or social media management, ideally having owned channels rather than just fed them content.
B2B experience, non-negotiable. You've created content for a business or professional audience, ideally in tech or another expertise-led space.
Demonstrable video skills: you shoot, you edit, you ship. iPhone-quality is totally fine and expected. We care more about composition, lighting, pacing, and the story than expensive gear. Show us your work.
Solid visual sense: you’ll design daily-volume social graphics working inside existing templates and brand systems. Our designer covers the high-craft work, you cover the volume.
Advanced spoken and written English. Our channels run in English, and most of our audience are native English speakers.
Organized, self-directed, idea-driven
Outgoing and people-oriented: creating content with and around our team means working with our C-level and senior people. You'll need to bring them into the content.
Comfortable with the everyday content toolkit: Canva, Figma, Descript, CapCut, or similar. And if you do your best work in something else, we're glad to get you whatever tools help you do the job well.
Smart with AI tools as an efficiency layer, but the content is made by you
Based in Prague. This role lives in the office 3–4 days a week, because that's where the stories happen.
