You'll design and implement features for Axon's mobile ecosystem, including the Fleet 3 Dashboard and Device Manager apps. Your work will directly impact public safety by bringing critical tools to law enforcement. This role offers the chance to build the foundation for a new mobile experience with cutting-edge Android technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain features for Axon mobile apps
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Lead mobile design reviews and code reviews
• Ensure high technical bar through execution and testing

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of industry experience shipping Android apps to Google Play
• Experience with modern architecture (MVVM, MVI) including unit testing
• Proficiency in Retrofit, Coroutines, Okhttp, Hilt, Jetpack Compose
• Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Bluetooth, WiFi, Camera, Audio, File Management
• Experience with video streaming and IoT connectivity over BLE or WiFi
