You'll shape and evolve CRM product capabilities at Shift4, collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. You'll define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver solutions that drive real value for users. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the product backlog for CRM-related features.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Write clear user stories and product specifications.
• Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, and review ceremonies.
• Communicate product updates and decisions to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate PM, or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IS, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce (any cloud) is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
