You'll join Alloy's centralized Ops team to drive AI transformation across the business. You'll identify inefficiencies, design and deploy LLM-powered solutions, and enable teams to work smarter. This role offers rare autonomy and direct business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities across the business
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions including LLM workflows
• Partner with teams to understand pain points and translate into scalable solutions
• Champion AI adoption through enablement sessions and internal tooling

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) in production
• Strong engineering fundamentals with clean Python code
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom pipelines)
• Business-minded approach focusing on ROI and impact

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in ops, revenue operations, or business systems role
• Familiarity with data tooling (SQL, dbt)
• Background in a fast-growing startup environment
