💼 About This Role

You'll join Ello's applied ML team to build AI systems that power personalized learning for children worldwide. You'll own features end-to-end, from research to production, making a real impact on child development at scale. You'll ship AI features weekly and see them bring smiles to kids' faces within days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and operate evaluation systems for AI quality and safety
• Design agent harness for tutoring decisions and adaptation
• Develop learner profiling and adaptation systems
• Create feedback loops for continuous product improvement

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building AI products in engineering or research
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building AI evaluation or measurement systems
• Ability to read and implement ML papers

• Public projects demonstrating technical creativity
• Depth in low-latency inference at scale
• Experience with model training
