You'll lead the modernization of our data platform, transitioning from a BigQuery warehouse to an AI-ready infrastructure. You'll build semantic layers and RAG-compatible data stores powering intelligent applications. This role offers ownership of the data environment in a fast-growing company shaping the future of workwear.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Migrate BigQuery stored procedures to dbt over time
• Build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines into BigQuery
• Administer 40+ Fivetran source datasets
• Implement testing frameworks and column-level security

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of data engineering experience
• Advanced SQL and Python for data ingestion
• Hands-on Google BigQuery expertise
• Experience with Fivetran and dbt

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RAG data structures
• Knowledge of Terraform for IaC
• Experience with Looker Studio
