💼 About This Role

You'll own enterprise identity architecture and lead AI-enabled automation for a fintech unicorn. Your core impact is designing zero-touch provisioning and continuous access evaluation to make audit readiness a standing capability. You'll also build agentic AI workflows that replace manual IT processes across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve enterprise identity model with Workday and Okta.
• Drive zero-touch joiner/mover/leaver provisioning with FPAY metric.
• Architect privileged access management with just-in-time elevation.
• Lead federation strategy across AWS, Databricks, and SaaS estate.
• Build continuous access evaluation pipeline for audit readiness.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT Engineering or Identity Access roles.
• Experience architecting an enterprise IAM program end-to-end.
• Hands-on expertise in Okta (Workflows, Identity Governance).
• Proficient in Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or regulated environment (SOC 2, PCI).
• Hands-on work with Databricks federation or AWS IAM Identity Center.
• Okta Certified Consultant/Administrator or CISSP certification.
