You'll oversee the client engagement lifecycle for RecordPoint's SaaS data management platform, driving positive customer experiences and long-term partnerships. You'll be instrumental in maximizing client value and achieving strategic objectives with top-tier brands and government agencies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement client engagement strategies for retention and satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within accounts
• Deliver implementation projects on-time and on-budget

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in enterprise software
• Experience delivering both waterfall and agile project methodologies
• Strong financial skills including budget tracking and reporting
