You'll design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for core product platforms at Afficiency. You'll own end-to-end delivery of RAG systems and LLM applications in production. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI in a regulated environment with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver GenAI solutions end-to-end from discovery to production
• Build APIs and services integrating with enterprise systems
• Implement enterprise-grade RAG with hybrid search and re-ranking
• Establish evaluation metrics and automated quality controls

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in RAG system design and optimization
• Strong Python and backend engineering skills (FastAPI/Flask)
