You'll serve as the technical leader for a backend feature team, translating product goals into scalable, high-quality engineering solutions. You'll drive technical direction and mentor engineers while working on a portfolio trusted by Fortune 500 companies. This hands-on individual contributor role offers significant leadership influence at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and technical strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical direction and architecture of backend services
• Design and build scalable services using .NET (C#) or Node.js/TypeScript
• Architect Kubernetes workloads with health checks and scaling strategies
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical coaching

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET (C#) and/or Node.js/TypeScript
• Production experience with Kubernetes
• Solid working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Knowledge of FinOps, multi-cluster Kubernetes, or service mesh
