You'll lead end-to-end capture management for large defense contracts, shaping win strategies and driving high-velocity execution in a collaborative environment. You'll report to senior leadership and influence multi-billion dollar pursuits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead capture efforts from qualification through proposal submission and award
• Manage cross-functional teams including BD, solutions, pricing, and contracts
• Develop win strategies, competitive analysis, and pricing structures
• Conduct customer shaping and teaming negotiations with partners

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent industry experience
• Experience in US federal government consulting within DoW markets
• Experience leading formal sales or capture efforts
• Experience with DoW contracts over $100M
• Active Secret clearance or above
