💼 About This Role

You'll define how Axon builds and operates its core platforms with a primary focus on Zero Touch, a controlled execution framework, and identity foundations. You'll design platforms and tooling that enable hundreds of engineers to operate safely at scale. This role is cross-functional, partnering with staff engineers across product and platform teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of Zero Touch execution framework
• Define opinionated workflows, APIs, and abstractions for safe changes
• Partner with Identity and Security teams for secure patterns
• Design dual-cloud infrastructure abstractions for consistent operations
• Build scalable, multi-tenant platform services and golden paths

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in software engineering with infrastructure focus
• Strong programming in Go, TypeScript, Python, or Java
• Experience with distributed systems at scale
• Deep familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK)
