💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI-powered analytics experiences for the People team at Snowflake. You'll own the full vertical from data layer to evaluation framework, enabling HR leaders to ask questions in natural language and get trusted answers instantly. This role combines deep analytical rigor with cutting-edge AI product design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect conversational AI analytics experiences for HR teams
• Co-own data foundations with Analytics Engineering
• Translate stakeholder needs into data models and AI skills
• Design testing and monitoring frameworks for AI product quality
• Shape access and security model for sensitive people data

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or analytics engineering
• Strong SQL skills with focus on performance and correctness
• Deep familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and Git
• Track record of influencing senior leaders through data products

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex or LLM-powered analytics
• Familiarity with Streamlit for internal apps
• Background in people analytics (workforce planning, attrition, compensation)
