💼 About This Role

You'll own the integration layer between Snowflake and operational tools like HubSpot, Intercom, and Mixpanel. Your work will enable Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to act on real-time data and reliable pipelines. You'll join a data team of 9 and lead the rollout of Segment as the company's CDP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end integration pipelines for HubSpot, Intercom, Mixpanel, and Segment.
• Design event tracking and CDP layer with RevOps team.
• Build observable pipelines in Keboola and dbt with data contracts and alerts.
• Model integration data into well-defined Snowflake tables with documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of data engineering experience with SaaS tool integrations.
• Fluent in SQL (window functions, CTEs, optimization) and Python.
• Production experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with a CDP (Segment, RudderStack, mParticle).
• Experience with reverse ETL and understanding of CRM write-back.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with usage-based billing or product-led growth data models.
• Exposure to LLM-assisted workflows in the data stack.
• Prior experience at a SaaS company between 50 and 500 people.
