💼 About This Role

You'll join the Enterprise Apps team to build an AI-native operating layer for Greenhouse, creating internal tooling and automations. You'll partner with leaders across departments to identify and ship solutions end-to-end, shaping the platform's direction in its early stages. This is a 12-month independent contractor engagement with a remote Argentina-based team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Anchor AI/agentic stack architecture decisions.
• Ship production-grade Python/TypeScript services and integrations.
• Design data models in PostgreSQL for automation and AI.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve testing/documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering production experience.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript full-stack skills.
• Deep PostgreSQL and SQL with thoughtful data modeling.
• Proven track record of SaaS integrations at scale.

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React.
• Demonstrated mentorship patterns and leveling up engineers.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and Terraform.
