Product Designer

💼 About This Role

You'll design B2B financial software for a remote-first FinTech serving 1M+ SMEs. You'll own the full design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating closely with product and engineering to solve real user problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and usability testing for product features
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on feature delivery
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and business requirements

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in B2B product design
• Fluent German and English (C1+ level)
• Experience with complex digital products (e.g., multiple modules, data-heavy UIs)
• Strong ability to translate user needs and business goals into pragmatic solutions
