🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide internal Help Desk support to 130+ staff
• Maintain local network including firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory
• Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage end user devices and endpoint security

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience maintaining Microsoft 365 environment (Azure Entra, Exchange)
• Managing end user devices with MDM platforms like Intune
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of security frameworks like ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials
• Experience with Power Automate for process automation
• Familiarity with Mac device management
