You'll build and run lifecycle programs to keep Apollo.io's unmanaged customers healthy and growing, turning strategy into execution by setting up journeys and launching campaigns. - Build and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and push.
- Configure segments, triggers, and workflows based on manager definitions.
- Own QA for campaigns including audience checks and link validation.
- Operationalize customer journey maps into concrete programs and assets.
- Monitor health signals and trigger performance for targeting and reporting.

- 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS in customer success or lifecycle roles.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools like Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
- Comfortable working with segments, triggers, and event data for targeting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for performance analysis.
