💼 About This Role

You'll join the Technical Services team to tackle complex challenges in medical center management software, optimizing connections between customers and Engineering. You'll collect issues, manage technical escalations, and ensure service interoperability. This role offers a hybrid work setup and participation in a long-term incentive plan.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect issues and manage technical escalations to product teams
• Answer technical questions and define solutions for obstacles
• Ensure correct functioning and interoperability of services
• Document knowledge acquired for team sharing

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years professional experience in technical support
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with bug tracking and bug lifecycle
• Basic understanding of SaaS application architectures
• Coding experience in Java, HTML, C#, JavaScript, or Python
