You'll own critical reliability domains for a highly scalable SaaS platform serving millions of users, shaping architecture and resilience strategy. You'll work in a collaborative Platform Squad, driving observability, automation, and operational excellence in a remote-first European team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes architecture for high availability
• Define resilience strategies including disaster recovery and zero-downtime deployments
• Enhance observability and monitoring for platform reliability
• Lead incident management and implement long-term reliability improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes on major cloud platforms
• Strong experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana
• Solid programming skills in Go or Python

• Experience with service meshes or API gateways
• Experience with highly available PostgreSQL environments
• Experience with Kubernetes operators
