You'll provide technical leadership for firmware platforms at WHOOP, a company unlocking human performance. You'll drive multi-quarter cross-functional initiatives critical to the hardware and software roadmap, bridging the physical and digital worlds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership and architectural ownership for firmware platforms
• Design, develop, and test embedded firmware in C across product lines
• Drive resolution of complex cross-team issues spanning firmware, hardware, and manufacturing
• Define and uphold firmware architecture standards and design review practices

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of embedded firmware development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in C on 32-bit RISC architectures
• Strong experience with low-power embedded system design
• Deep understanding of I2C, SPI, UART, BLE protocols

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-volume consumer electronics products
• Experience with OS and RTOS
