💼 About This Role

You'll join the Platform Engineering Domain's Access Team to build secure, compliant access solutions for N26's AWS infrastructure. You'll design Just-In-Time provisioning and Privileged Access Management systems that protect customer data and ensure audit readiness. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud security in a leading digital bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and scale Teleport infrastructure for secure access
• Develop and automate IAM workflows within AWS
• Implement and improve Just-In-Time access solutions
• Collaborate with Cloud Control team on security policies

📋 Requirements

• Production expertise in AWS IAM, Organizations, multi-account security
• Hands-on experience with Teleport or similar PAM/JIT tools
• Strong experience with Terraform for cloud resource management
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python for automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance frameworks and audit translation
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and RBAC
