💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution for SpotOn's end-to-end payments experience across card-present and card-not-present environments. Your core impact will be improving authorization rates, merchant satisfaction, and funding accuracy. This role partners with money movement teams to ensure predictable funding and transparent reporting for hospitality merchants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define payments product roadmap for hospitality use cases
• Translate complex payment flows into intuitive merchant experiences
• Monitor and improve payment performance metrics
• Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience
• 3+ years in payments or fintech
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments
• Familiarity with merchant processing economics and interchange
