💼 About This Role

You'll own the work that moves sign-ups, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue as the founding member of our Growth team. Your job is to turn organic visitors into happy retained customers, including the hard parts of monetization and pricing. You'll set technical direction, coach engineers on experimentation, and spot the 10x opportunities in the data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect the growth stack: experimentation platform, analytics pipelines, feature flags, credits system
• Ship the monetization surface area: pricing tiers, usage metering, checkout, subscriptions
• Call technical shots on growth bets: experiment or commit, rebuild or iterate
• Find 10x wins in data, kill bottlenecks, design for the next order of magnitude

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building production web apps across the full stack
• Track record of actually moving business metrics—revenue, activation, retention—at real scale
• Strong technical instincts to architect complex systems and make build-vs-buy calls
• Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Node (or equivalent)
