You'll build AI product features for a health tech platform serving 250,000+ clinicians. You'll design experiments, tune LLMs, and drive projects from prototype to production, directly improving clinical workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop AI workflows and customize data pipelines
• Design and evaluate AI workflows with subject matter experts
• Integrate AI workflows into production with engineering partners
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and build prototypes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Machine Learning
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with AWS for model deployment
• Experience designing and evaluating LLM-driven workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG architecture
• Familiarity with Langfuse prompt management
• Background in healthcare or regulated domains
