💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop full-stack features for Novisto's ESG data platform, working across the stack with a cross-functional agile team. Your core impact will be transforming product ideas into reliable, maintainable code that delivers real business value. You'll also leverage AI-powered tools to boost development productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in system and architecture discussions.
• Take ownership of features from conception to production monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in modern web development frameworks: Backend: FastAPI or similar, Frontend: Angular or similar TypeScript frameworks
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (hybrid monolith/microservice, service-oriented, or event-driven)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data-intensive applications.
• Familiarity with ESG or sustainability-related software.
• Exposure to observability tools and performance monitoring.
