You'll embed with business teams to scope and build internal AI tools that compound productivity across the company. You'll own end-to-end delivery of automations on a shared TypeScript substrate layer, working cross-functionally in a remote-first team. This role offers rapid growth into team lead or senior engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end build of internal AI tools and automations
• Translate team needs into a coherent plan and get buy-in
• Contribute to the common TypeScript layer for AI tools
• Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows

📋 Requirements

• TypeScript proficiency
• Demonstrable AI-native engineering experience via GitHub or projects
• Knowledge of DevOps & Security best practices
• Structured independence with end-to-end project management

✨ Nice to Have

• Crypto, DeFi, or Web3 background
• Experience shipping production AI systems
• Exposure to internal tooling or BPM work
