You'll support globally relevant projects at a fintech specializing in B2B payments, driving cross-team collaboration and efficiency. As part of the mission control center, you'll help build scalable systems and automate processes with AI tools. This hybrid role is based in Berlin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage globally relevant projects like market entries and product launches.
• Define success criteria and align project plans with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, track action items with AI tools.
• Coordinate project progress and follow up on blockers.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in consulting, startup, or chief of staff role
• Experience with project management setup and tracking
• Ability to manage cross-team collaboration
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
