💼 About This Role

You'll drive the development of advanced ML models and AI features for our advertising platform. Your core impact will be designing and deploying solutions for campaign optimization, user personalization, and creative content generation at scale. You'll also spearhead innovation using LLMs and agentic architectures to automate advertising campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable ML solutions for AdTech use cases
• Architect end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to real-time inference
• Develop AI agentic systems for autonomous campaign management tasks
• Ensure system robustness for high-concurrency, low-latency ML services

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering or data science, with 3-5 years in a principal/lead ML role
• Proven experience building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
• Deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSPs, RTB, SSPs)
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applied to advertising
• Designing agentic workflows for autonomous decision-making in marketing campaigns
• ML model serving and optimization for real-time inference applications
