💼 About This Role

You'll join the Creator Commission Analytics Support team at LTK, a leading creator commerce platform. Your core impact will be resolving commission discrepancies and tracking issues for creators and internal teams. This role combines analytical problem-solving with direct creator support in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to creator commission and payment tickets from stakeholders in a timely manner
• Research and resolve commission tracking and payout eligibility issues
• Investigate affiliate tracking issues across platforms and systems
• Serve as SME on creator commissions and affiliate tracking

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Advertising, Business, or Communications
• 3+ years managing technical support in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Familiarity with social media and influencer marketing
• Experience working within defined SLAs
• Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies
