🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI agents and workflows for customer and operator use cases
• Design tool-use patterns for safe interaction with backend systems
• Implement retrieval, structured outputs, evaluations, and guardrails
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to integrate AI

📋 Requirements

• Experience building AI, LLM, or agentic systems
• Strong programming in Python or TypeScript
• Experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, and retrieval
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation

• Experience with AI agents for commerce or customer support
