🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, develop, and retain talented data scientists
• Own the data science roadmap for new product expansion
• Build trust and influence diverse leaders and stakeholders
• Drive data science projects from strategic to tactical levels

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years people management experience
• Successful track record managing data science projects with senior stakeholders
• Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and statistics
• Extensive knowledge of financial services industry and ML applications
