You'll take ownership of improving, restructuring, and stabilizing an AI-powered voice platform built on ElevenLabs. You will define best-practice architecture and operational standards, and implement improvements end-to-end for a highly autonomous contract role. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge AI and telephony integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess ElevenLabs environment for gaps and scalability issues.
• Define and implement best-practice architecture and operational standards.
• Optimize and stabilize AI voice workflows and integrations.
• Create technical blueprints and SOP documentation for platform management.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs in production environments.
• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting ElevenLabs voice agents.
• Experience with Twilio or similar telephony platforms.
• Experience with APIs and middleware-driven architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Exposure to VB Scripts or legacy automation environments.
• Experience building or improving AI-powered customer support systems.
