🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI solutions for People & Talent teams
• Build AI agent workflows and integrations for scalability
• Collaborate with domain experts to identify automation opportunities
• Pitch ideas and co-create AI adoption roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering background with integration experience
• Production AI workflow experience using various AI tools
• Business-facing role with problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HR technology (HRIS, ATS, performance tools)
• Production experience with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
• Experience with BigQuery or similar data platforms
