You'll monitor security systems and coordinate incident response within our Security Operations Command Center. Your core impact is serving as the first point of contact for incidents and maintaining situational awareness across facilities. This role stands out with exposure to high-performance computing infrastructure and 12-hour rotating shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor access control, video management, and alarm systems
• Perform initial incident triage and coordinate escalation
• Create detailed incident reports and operational logs
• Process cardholder access requests and manage credentials

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years in SOC/GSOC, dispatch, or related role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
