🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage advanced analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies
• Partner with Engineering to design and build scalable risk models
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust underwriting and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance on regulatory requirements
• Engage external stakeholders to align credit risk practices

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in credit risk or related field
• Experience setting credit strategy for de novo products
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Deep understanding of consumer lending regulations and fair lending principles

• Experience in high-line unsecured lending, especially home improvement
• Experience applying machine learning to credit risk management
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives bridging Product, Legal, and Engineering
