💼 About This Role

You'll build production-ready RAG pipelines and deploy LLM applications on cloud infrastructure across multiple industries. You'll own the full ML pipeline from prototyping to production while integrating AI into existing systems like ERPs and CRMs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build production-ready RAG pipelines from scratch
• Deploy LLM apps on cloud infrastructure
• Design AI agents that reason through complex problems
• Integrate AI solutions into ERPs, CRMs, and data warehouses
• Set up monitoring and performance optimization

📋 Requirements

• Proven skills in Python with production-level code
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
• Ability to adapt and stay effective in changing project contexts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases (PostgreSQL, Weaviate) and RAG
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL
• Comfort working independently in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
