💼 About This Role

You'll champion project health and success at Monks, partnering with all departments to manage day-to-day execution. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and on brief while navigating resources, schedules, and financials. This role offers the chance to work on integrated campaigns with a globally diverse team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain project timelines and concurrent workstreams
• Partner with project leads to assess client feedback and scope
• Circulate hot sheets and lead status team meetings
• Collaborate on creative casting and resource allocations
• Partner with media counterparts on integrated campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of agency or similar project management experience
• Experience managing complex projects on fast timelines
• Superior organization and communication skills
• Familiar with lower, mid and upper funnel creative process

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OOH, radio, print, web dev, HTML banners
• Experience managing social and digital video campaigns
