💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team tackling one of the UK's biggest carbon contributors: home heating. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll own meaningful product areas end-to-end, shipping software that actually runs and helps users. You'll work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure to balance technical quality with commercial pragmatism in Europe's biggest climate tech hub.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features and systems end-to-end from discovery to production
• Build, maintain, and improve production-ready frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to solve real user problems
• Contribute to technical direction and raise the team's quality bar

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a fullstack developer with strong hands-on coding ability
• Proven ability to ship and maintain production software
• Demonstrated pragmatism in balancing refactoring vs. shipping
• Successful mentorship experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Django
• Comfort across the full stack, both frontend and backend
• Experience with cloud/infrastructure, ideally GCP
• Industry experience in renewable energy or heat pumps
