You'll own Connex, our customer contact platform, ensuring agents have the right tools to support customers effectively. You'll balance strategic improvements with hands-on delivery to drive good customer outcomes in a regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain backlog of platform improvements and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and deliver system changes
• Work with operations, legal and compliance to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor performance of delivered changes and identify improvement opportunities

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of product management experience
• Experience running agile product teams
• Strong prioritization skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
