You'll be the first dedicated technical partner for Babylist's merchandising operations, designing and deploying technology solutions to scale from $750M to $2B. You'll drive the full product lifecycle for a greenfield initiative with direct business impact. This role offers a builder's playground to prototype and ship solutions using AI tools daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive full product lifecycle for merchandising and owned brands roadmap
• Lead evaluation and build/buy decision for a Product Information Management system
• Design tech solutions to replace manual Google Sheets-based workflows
• Define metrics and communicate impact across the organization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in an agile environment
• Experience building internal tools or operational technology
• Experience with systems integration, APIs, and automation
• Ability to work with ambiguity and define executable projects
