• Administer and support Docebo and Accredible platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions
• Generate LMS reports and support learning analytics

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of LMS administration experience
• Experience with Docebo or similar enterprise LMS
• Strong troubleshooting across LMS systems and integrations
• Fluency in English and French

• Experience with SCORM and digital certifications
