🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate, maintain, and support hybrid cloud and on-prem systems
• Troubleshoot systems, networking, identity, and access issues
• Automate routine operational work and improve availability
• Own patching, monitoring, and documentation practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure in cloud and on-prem
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Experience supporting engineering and scientific teams

• Experience in regulated industries like GxP or SOC2
• Master's degree with 3+ years related experience
• Experience in scientific or manufacturing environments
