🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent support for local and remote users, including executives.
• Perform daily system monitoring and verify integrity of systems and hardware.
• Configure and install operating systems according to standards.
• Manage end-user access to systems and devices promptly.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer-related field or 1-3 years equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in PC administration or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in IT customer support environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and M365 support.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technology certifications (A+, Security+, etc.).
• Knowledge of ITIL incident management practices.
• Experience with Apple iOS environment.
