💼 About This Role

You'll own all corporate legal matters at Nabla, including equity transactions, fundraising, M&A, and governance. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Board, enabling the company to scale rapidly without legal risk. This senior role operates at the intersection of Legal, Strategy, and Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead legal workstreams for fundraising and M&A transactions.
• Manage cap table, equity grants, and compliance for French corporate matters.
• Review and negotiate partnership agreements and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with French corporate, employment, and financial regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive legal experience including top-tier law firm and in-house role.
• Proven track record managing fundraising processes or M&A end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in French corporate law and equity instruments (BSPCE, BSA).
• Ability to read a cap table and model dilution scenarios.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a Series B–D stage company.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or healthcare.
• Experience with US commercial legal matters.
