🎯 What You'll Do

• Support RCM Account Managers with client inquiries
• Oversee and coach a multi-disciplinary offshore team
• Complete complex denials follow-up and appeals
• Identify and resolve unpaid claims and payment discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Offshore management and collaboration experience required
• Understanding of referrals and pre-authorizations
• Experience with insurance billing and eligibility verification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

• Medical billing or accounts receivable experience
• Experience with appeals and reconsiderations
