• Build and own hybrid data search capabilities at million to billion document scale
• Optimize LLM-based tasks like entity disambiguation and relevance scoring
• Design technical solutions and review architectural decisions
• Improve practices for AI-assisted code review

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Track record of setting technical direction beyond small team level
• Experience shipping LLM-based solutions in data-heavy environments
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders
