💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enterprise cybersecurity function for Range Group, a luxury travel company with a modern Microsoft-centric security stack. You'll take ownership of the security foundation and build it into an internal center of excellence, deepening strategy, formalizing governance, and strengthening operational discipline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the enterprise security roadmap and investment prioritization
• Manage the full security stack: Sentinel, Defender, Purview, Dynatrace, etc.
• Lead PCI DSS, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliance for IT domain
• Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and pen testing programs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with progressive responsibility
• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft security ecosystem (Sentinel, Defender, Purview, Entra)
• Demonstrated experience with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, PIPEDA, GDPR)
• Proven track record managing a security vendor ecosystem including MSSPs

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent certification
• Director or senior manager experience preferred
